ELF Floral Studio LTD. is an online floral studio based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Orders are accepted online through our website. We provide local flower delivery within Vancouver and selected nearby areas.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer flower delivery within Vancouver and selected nearby areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on the delivery address, date, order volume, weather conditions, and flower availability.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

All floral orders are prepared with fresh flowers and arranged by our florist.

We currently offer next-day delivery, subject to flower availability, order volume, and delivery schedule. Please place your order at least one day in advance.

We do not offer same-day delivery at this time.

During busy seasons, holidays, special occasions, or severe weather, delivery times may be extended.

Delivery Date and Time Requests

We will do our best to deliver your order on the selected delivery date. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries are generally completed within the available delivery window for the selected date.

Recipient Information

Please ensure all recipient and delivery information is accurate, including:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Phone number

  • Complete delivery address

  • Unit number

  • Buzzer code

  • Delivery instructions, if applicable

ELF Floral Studio LTD. is not responsible for failed, delayed, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If the Recipient Is Not Available

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be left in a safe place, with a concierge, reception desk, neighbour, or another suitable location when possible.

If delivery cannot be completed, we may contact the customer or recipient for further instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

Apartments, Condos, Offices, Hospitals, and Schools

For deliveries to apartments, condos, offices, hospitals, schools, or secured buildings, please provide complete access details.

For hospital, care home, or school deliveries, please confirm that flowers are permitted before placing your order. ELF Floral Studio LTD. is not responsible if a delivery is refused by the facility.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery area and will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Substitutions and Seasonal Availability

Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability and quality. Flower varieties and colours may be adjusted based on seasonal availability and market quality. The overall style, colour palette, size, and design value will be carefully maintained by the florist.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided, or if the recipient cannot be reached and delivery cannot be completed, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery charges. Refunds may not be available for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
